Our bright youth that shined,

and the passionate in our loves, do you remember that?

Like that, we spent our by-gone years well

So as we embark on another possibly difficult season of our lives,

I'm proposing that we live passionately.

Sometimes I imagine what would have happened if I hadn’t answered the phone that day, and what would have happened with us if I hadn’t gone to the terminal. Living is all about the choices you make moment by moment. Even if it’s just a log bridge, you must make a choice: Do you go forward? Do you turn around, or do you stop? Where I am now is the result of countless choices made in the past. That day I answered the phone and went to the terminal, and those small choices gathered to make up the present day.


Whichever path you choose, there are always lingering thoughts of the road not taken. That’s why there are no choices without regrets, and no one right answer to life. All you can do is believe that the road you have chosen is the right answer, and turn it into the right answer. The right answer to life is to believe that you don’t regret your past choices and live on...

Believing in my past choices without regret and loving them—that is the right answer, and that’s how to grow old with style.

For so many who enter a field of study to have results,

the hours needed to succeed in their field,

is ten thousand hours, they say.

The ten-thousand-hour principle.

Mozart, Beatles, Steve Jobs, and Kim Yun A, too.

Their success was not due to prodigious talent or good fortune 

but due to their tireless hard work and suffering.

Perhaps that applies to work, relationships, and love.

To finish with achievement,

instead of waiting for good fortune or talent,

one should put in endless efforts and must go through hardships.

"It ain't over 'til it's over."

Somebody says there is a miracle, and another says there isn't.

But at the end, at the desperate moment,

anyone prays for a miracle and waits for a miracle.

That's why a miracle should exist.

So that a slight hope at least can be given at every desperate moment,

a miracle must exist.

But miracles are miracles because they're not common.

Rather than luck that you didn't anticipate,

there's much more misfortune that you couldn't even think of in this world.

Life, to live believing in orly miracles, is cold and harsh.

Still, still, we need miracles.

Rather than despair that has zero percent probability,

a possibility that could happen once in 100,000;

a silver of possibility is still better.

Only then do we have hope.

Out of 7 billion

what's the probability that the person I like will like me back?

To me now, a miracle might happen.

One-sided love

Even if your heart aches, and even if your head hurts…

In any case, there's no other way to go around it, 

since it's one-sided love.

Whether you conquer love,

or you get hopelessly dumped…

If you want to end your one-sided love,

the only solution is to confess…

Love and life perhaps resemble baseball

Even if you come up against a critical sweep,

no matter how hard you try to avoid it….

In the end someone has to be victorious 

for the competition to be over.

One-sided love, your heart aches and

even if you wrap your mind around it,

there's no other way for an one-sided love, anyway.

Whether you get the love or get dumped heartlessly,

if you want to end the one-sided love,

the only way to do it is through confession.

It's over only after you've confronted it.

the world is big and there are a lot of rivals.

tons of your thoughts are flowing up at once,
sometimes you can't open your mouth.
When that happens,
you have to breathe deeply 
and pick up all those floating thoughts one by one.
As you're doing that, 
at one point in time,
you realise that what you really wanted to say
was just a simple matter with one or two words.
Now you can start the word like this,

世间所有的关系都会变得熟悉
最终变成理所当然
礼物最强大的力量在于能够将那熟悉和理所当然的关系重新变得让人心动和感恩
在挑选着礼物并思考这卡片上该写什么话
为他而用心的同时
那个人不知不觉间又会感受到一个全新的我
而那份心意也一定会传达给对方
但如果那熟悉和理所当然的关系退化为麻木和迟钝
那么任何的礼物和迟来的努力也就失去了意义
对于在阳台角落被人漠不关心而蔫黄枯萎的兰草来说
迟来的水和肥料是毫无用处的
必须赶在关系枯萎之前在互相感到麻木之前送出礼物
同时传达心意
收到礼物前事先知道就没意思了
礼物的关键在于惊喜
在让人无语的时刻突然飞来的那份礼物
更让人感受到奇迹般的感动啊
虽然没有寄件人的名字和地址
但我们却知道那份礼物是谁送的

It was April Fools more awful.

10,000,000 times more awful than being fooled.

Occasionally, the reality is more cruel than lies.
